“The first time I found myself behind a bar was at a Mexican restaurant in the Napa Valley. We were always busy, going through gallons of artificial sour mix. This is where I made all of my best friends, sitting around the fire pits at the end of each shift, laughing and drinking Margaritas. I insisted on making mine with fresh lime juice, it just tasted better. This began my love for a well made beverage.

I consider myself lucky to have worked with so many amazing and talented people. I now find myself in Southern California, with my Boyfriend, and fellow Mixologist, Allan Katz, and our dog Islay. Hopefully, she’ll love the San Diego beaches.”
