This past month we had the absolute pleasure of having Sophie Parrott of The Marvelous Vintage Tea Party Co. throw one of her fantastical tea parties for our founder Tito Beveridge in our renovated bus parked at our hometown office in Austin, Texas.

For this special gathering Sophie added some Tito’s Handmade Vodka and Texan inspiration to her fabulous drink recipes, and our friend and photographer Knoxy of Knox Photographics captured the beautiful tea party turned summer cocktail soiree perfectly.

The Elisabet Ney

What's a better cocktail for this iconic 19th Century Austin sculptor to sip on her studio roof on a hot summer’s day? A cocktail with Tito's Handmade Vodka, of course.

Ingredients
2 oz Tito’s Handmade Vodka Buy it!
1 oz honey lavender simple syrup
1 oz fresh lemonade
1 lavender sprig
Lavender Simple Syrup
1 cup water
1 cup honey
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp lavender flowers

Directions
Add all ingredients to a glass with ice.
Stir and garnish with a lemon twist and lavender sprig.
Make the Lavender Simple Syrup
Bring water and lavender to a boil.
Add sugar and honey, stir constantly until sugar is completely dissolved.
Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat, allow to cool, strain into a glass container.
Store in refrigerator, it will keep for 1 week.

The Hip-Hip Hibiscus Sip

This simple cocktail mixed with Tito's Handmade Vodka, wine, and hibiscus flowers is so elegant, you'll want to keep it in your cocktail rotation.

1/2 oz Tito's Handmade Vodka Buy It
4 oz sparkling white wine
edible hibiscus flowers

Fill flute with sparkling white wine a third of the way.
Add an edible Hibiscus flower and a drizzle of the syrup the flowers comes in.

Pro-Tip: The more syrup you use, the sweeter the cocktail.
Top with Tito’s Handmade Vodka.
