Tito's Butterscotch Cocktail

  • 1 1/2 oz Tito's Handmade Vodka
  • 1/4 oz half & half
  • 1/2 oz butterscotch schnapps
  • 1/2 oz butterscotch (homemade is best, but if you're not a pastry chef, go buy a jar of Smucker's butterscotch flavored topping or comparable brand. Use at room temp for easy handling, then put the rest in the fridge when you're finished)
Shake in a cocktail shaker (you can do 2 or 3 at a time) with ice and strain into a glass.

Easy and delicious! Perfect for a dessert cocktail or to pass out to friends at a holiday party. This cocktail resembles eggnog, but with a delicious butterscotch flavor (and no raw egg).

Garnish: A little fresh grated nutmeg and some crushed butterscotch candies. (We put some Werther´┐Żs Original hard candies in a strong zip-loc bag and pounded them with a meat tenderizer until they were almost the consistency of margarita salt, then sprinkled them on top of the cocktails.)
