  • 2 oz osmanthus Tito's Handmade Vodka
  • .5 oz lemon juice
  • .5 oz lime juice
  • .75 oz agave syrup
  • Dash Peychauds Bitters
  • Egg white
Dry shake to mix egg (a dry shake is shaking a cocktail containing egg white without ice in order to properly emulsify the ingredients before adding ice and re-shaking). Shake again with ice and serve up.

Garnish: Flourish drops of Peychauds in the egg white foam
