Are you of legal drinking age?
6 – 8 oz mushrooms
1 red bell pepper, cut into 1/2” slices
6 garlic cloves, quartered
1 cup garbanzo beans, drained & rinsed
1/2 cup whole olives
1 can quartered artichoke hearts, drained
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup water
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Tito’s Handmade Vodka
2 tablespoons fresh herbs(thyme, parsley, tarragon)
Salt to taste
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Cover and let marinate for at least 1-4 hours before serving.
Serve with crackers, lettuce cups, or with crusty bread.
