Muddled Thai basil leaves and red grapes give this sparkling concoction a tropical twist. This specialty cocktails was crafted by mixologist Bob Peters.
1/2 oz ginger liqueur
1/2 oz simple syrup
10 Thai basil leaves
10 red grapes
1 lime slice
2 oz sparkling mineral water
Muddle basil leaves in a shaker.
Next, muddle grapes and lime in the same shaker.
Add other ingredients (except sparkling mineral water) and ice.
Shake and pour into a collins glass.
Top with sparkling mineral water.
