Tito’s Handmade Vodka oz
Matcha oz
Milk oz
Vanilla Syrup oz
Strawberry Jam tbsp tbsps
Strawberry cold foam, garnish
Milk tbsp tbsps
heavy whipping cream tbsp tbsps
strawberry jam tbsp tbsps

Directions

  1. Prepare matcha by whisking or frothing matcha powder with hot water until smooth. Set aside 1oz for cocktail.
  2. Froth together strawberry jam and whole milk until combined to create strawberry milk.
  3. To a shaker, add Tito’s, prepared matcha, vanilla syrup, and prepared strawberry milk to a shaker with ice.
  4. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.
  5. Make strawberry cold foam by combining milk, heavy whipping cream, and strawberry jam into a small glass.
  6. Froth for 45–50 seconds until thick and foamy.
  7. Gently float on top of the cocktail.
  8. Serve and enjoy.
