Directions
- Prepare matcha by whisking or frothing matcha powder with hot water until smooth. Set aside 1oz for cocktail.
- Froth together strawberry jam and whole milk until combined to create strawberry milk.
- To a shaker, add Tito’s, prepared matcha, vanilla syrup, and prepared strawberry milk to a shaker with ice.
- Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Make strawberry cold foam by combining milk, heavy whipping cream, and strawberry jam into a small glass.
- Froth for 45–50 seconds until thick and foamy.
- Gently float on top of the cocktail.
- Serve and enjoy.
