| lime-zest-sugar blend, for the rim |
Directions
- To make the lime-zest-sugar rim, blend zest of one lime with 2 oz granulated sugar.
- Peel kiwi.
- Muddle kiwi and cilantro in a shaker.
- Add Tito’s Handmade Vodka, coconut water, simple syrup, lime juice, and ice.
- Shake and strain into a lime-zest-sugar-rimmed glass.
- Top with sparkling water and lime zest.
- Garnish with cilantro leaves and a kiwi slice.
