4 oz rosé wine
1/2 oz orange liqueur
2 oz sparkling water
1/2 oz agave
9 small watermelon cubes, 4 for garnish
4 raspberries, 2 for garnish
1 peach slice, garnish
1 lime slice, garnish
Muddle 5 watermelon cubes and 2 raspberries in a shaker.
Add rosé, orange liqueur, and agave and stir without ice.
Double strain over ice in a glass.
Top with sparkling water.
Garnish with remaining watermelon cubes, raspberries, peach and lime slices.
