Pucker up for the perfect pour. Serve up a sour at cocktail hour with a little citrus, a little sweet, and a heavy splash of the good stuff.
1 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz simple syrup
1 egg white
1 dash of bitters
Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake for 10 seconds.
Add ice and shake again for 5 seconds, or until the shaker becomes cold.
Strain into a martini glass.
Top with a dash of bitters.
