Versatile and earthy, the New Mexico Hatch Chile is perfect for a Tito's Handmade Vodka Infusion. If you like it spicy, leave in the seeds, and if not, you can scrape them out of the chile. It's that simple.
5 hatch chiles, roasted
Roast whole hatch chiles.
Slice and remove seeds (or keep 'em if you like it spicy).
Drop chiles in a resealable jar and fill with Tito's Handmade Vodka.
Let sit in a cool dark place for two weeks.
