Oolong Tea & Mango/Orange Infusion
We enjoy this infusion over ice or mixed with sparkling water, lemonade, and/or tea.
4-5 tbsp oolong tea
1 mango or 2 oranges
Slice mango or peel orange rind, avoiding the white pith layer.
Drop fruit and oolong tea into resealable container.
Let sit for 2 days, shake daily to agitate the infusion.
If desired, adjust to your preferred sweetness by adding more mangos each day.
Strain when the infusion has reached the desired flavor.
