Tito’s Peach Plum Mule
If juicy plums and ripe peaches leave you thinking of sweet summer nights, then add this mule to cocktail hour. With a touch of ginger and aromatic hibiscus, you've got a drink for the season.
3/4 oz plum saké
1 oz white peach syrup
1 oz lime juice
1 oz ginger beer
1 drop of hibiscus tincture, garnish
Candied ginger, garnish
Leaving out the ginger beer, add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
Shake and strain into a glass.
Top with ginger beer and stir.
Garnish with a drop of hibiscus tincture and candied ginger wrapped in a plum peel.
