Tito's Ponche de Granada
Tito’s Ponche de Granada: Looks like holiday cheer in a glass, tastes like holiday cheer took a beachy vacation.
12 oz pomegranate juice
5 cups water
1 cup hibiscus flower
1 cup pomegranate fruit
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp of Sal Real de Colima or sea salt
Boil water in a stock pot.
Once the water is boiling, turn the heat down to bring to a simmer and add the hibiscus flower.
Simmer for 7 minutes.
Strain the hibiscus flower and let cool for at least 20 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and serve over ice.
