Tito’s Ponche de Granada: Looks like holiday cheer in a glass, tastes like holiday cheer took a beachy vacation.

Tito's Ponche de Granada


  • 12 oz pomegranate juice

  • 5 cups water

  • 1 cup hibiscus flower

  • 1 cup pomegranate fruit

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1 tbsp of Sal Real de Colima or sea salt


  • Boil water in a stock pot.

  • Once the water is boiling, turn the heat down to bring to a simmer and add the hibiscus flower.

  • Simmer for 7 minutes.

  • Strain the hibiscus flower and let cool for at least 20 minutes.

  • Add remaining ingredients and serve over ice.
