Puerto Rico and Australia have been experiencing devastating natural disasters which have had horrendous effects on the people and wildlife that call these places home.

Tito’s Handmade Vodka is dedicated to supporting some of the incredible nonprofit organizations diligently working to provide disaster relief efforts during this time.

Supporting Puerto Rico:

The recent earthquakes in Puerto Rico have caused unanticipated destruction across the country, displacing thousands of citizens and altering the surrounding landscape at a detrimental scale.

Tito’s Handmade Vodka is supporting the following local nonprofit organizations that are providing disaster relief efforts ranging from food services to medical care.

The World Central Kitchen aims to feed those currently displaced and in need. They serve lunch and dinner in more than 50 locations from three kitchens and three food trucks, both to government-run shelters and unofficial sites all around the southern part of the island where families are seeking refuge.

Direct Relief is providing medical relief to all victims affected by the disaster by focusing efforts on the health facilities that serve people who rely on the healthcare safety net for essential services.

Supporting Australia:

Australia is currently battling catastrophic brush fire that has been wiping out homes, forests, farmlands, natural terrain, and destroying both wild and farm animals in its path.

Tito’s Handmade Vodka is supporting the following local organizations battling the fires and providing rescue operations for both people and animals affected.

For over 100 years, NSW Rural Fire Service has built the largest volunteer fire service in the world and is currently working to contain the 100+ brush fires in New South Wales, which is the most active area of the country experiencing brush fires.

WIRES (Wildlife Information Rescue and Education Service, Inc.) has rescued and cared for indigenous Australian wildlife for over 30 years and has become the largest wildlife organization in Australia. It’s currently playing a large role in the rescue and rehabilitation of affected wildlife.
