Orange & Chai Tea Infusion
We like this one shaken over ice with a dash of raw sugar or maple syrup, then strained into a martini glass and garnished with an orange slice.

3 chai tea bags
1 orange
Directions
Drop orange rind into a resealable jar filled with Tito's Handmade Vodka.
Pro-Tip: A vegetable peeler works great for peeling the orange, but be sure to limit the amount of white pith as that can make your infusion bitter.
Let sit for 3-5 days.
Remove the fruit when it has reached the desired flavor.
Add the chai tea bags.
Let steep for 10-15 minutes and remove tea bags.
