Tito’s Yuzu Collins
Add some kick to your Collins with a twist of yuzu topped with a dash of wasabi...we meant it when we said "kick."
4 oz sparkling water
1 oz yuzu juice
1 oz simple syrup
wasabi paste, garnish
Leaving out the sparkling water, add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
Shake and strain into a glass over fresh ice.
Top with sparkling water and garnish with wasabi paste.
