Tito's Sweet Grass Rickey
Does the taste of sweet pineapple and fresh lime have you dreaming of tropical getaways? Make dreams come true! Just add Tito's and tarragon for a cocktail best served on the beach.
Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Tito’s Handmade Vodka

2 oz (or less) sparkling water
1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
1 oz pineapple pieces, cubed
3/4 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
2 tarragon leaves
1 lime slice, garnish
1 tarragon sprig, garnish
1 pineapple cube, garnish
Directions
Muddle tarragon and pineapple in a shaker.
Add ice, pineapple juice, lime juice, and simple syrup.
Shake and strain into a glass over fresh ice.
Top with sparkling water.
Garnish with a lime slice, pineapple cube, and tarragon sprig.
